Rub'N Season |
|
Please note that we use only sea salt…it doesn't hide the
natural flavor of your food!
All RUB'N SEASON blends can be added to liquid, such as oil, beer, wine
or vinegar and can be used as a liquid marinade... just use your
imagination!
BEEF -
Steaks, Roasts, Burgers, Meatloaf, Wild Game & Ostrich,
too!
POULTRY - If it's got feathers, this
will fly! Grilled, Baked, Roasted,
Sautèed, etc. Great in batters & breading for frying.
PORK -
Chops, Cutlets, Roasts, Loins and Ground Pork dishes…UMM!
FISH - Broiled, Baked, Grilled or Fried.
Super as a shrimp/crab boil!
HERB'N ALL - Salads, Veggies, Soups &
Dips. An all purpose herb seasoning.
ALL HERB'N NO SALT - An all purpose herb
seasoning with a touch of citrus & no salt!

BEEF

For steaks and burgers use
about ½ tsp. per side. Just pat on both sides…don't forget
the edges! Let them sit in the fridge for 15-30 minutes and
then grill, broil or pan fry. On a 1"-2" thick roast use 1-2
Tbsp…just rub it on and let sit in the fridge for at least 1
hour before cooking as usual. For a larger roast use 2 or
more Tbsp. And let sit at least 6 hours. It is best to sear
off the roast to help keep the juices in. Place in a 400
degree oven for 30 minutes, then lower the temperature and
continue to roast till done. Meatloaf will need about 2
Tbsp. Per pound of meat…mix well and let sit for at least 15
minutes before baking. RUB' SEASON™ for Beef can also be
used to season soups, stews, gravy and casseroles! Just
season to taste. Like Country Fried Steak? Try adding 1-2
Tbsp. Per cup of flour…umm! We have customers who swear by
our Beef seasoning on their lamb!!!

POULTRY

For boneless chicken
breasts, use ¼ to ½ tsp. per side and allow to sit in the fridge for
15-30 minutes. For bone-in breast allow them to sit for 30-60 minutes.
Whole chicken or turkey will need about 2 or more Tbsp. inside and
out…remember to rub the cavity! Let this one sit at least 3 hours. If
you like fried chicken try adding 1-2 Tbsp. per cup of flour. Don't
forget to add RUB'N SEASON for POULTRY to your soups and stews! And,
we'll guarantee that your chicken or turkey salad will take on a whole
new flavor! Wild game birds, game hens and rabbit are just a few more
things that this will season. Available in 1oz plastic resealable bags and 4oz kraft paper resealable bags.

PORK

Just follow your basic instructions for beef, except us the
RUB'N SEASON for PORK on your pork loin or pork chops! We also have another
customer who loves this on his lamb…you be the judge!

FISH

Firm textured fish such as shark, swordfish, salmon, halibut
or sole should be rubbed with ½ to 1 tsp. per side. Let sit 30 minutes and
then lightly pat on oil or mayonnaise…this keeps the fish juicy!. You can
bake, broil, grill or saute' as usual. Try tossing fresh shrimp with a
little olive oil and then some RUB'N SEASON for FISH…then grill or broil!
You can also use it as a shrimp/crab boil…just use 3-4 Tbsp. per gallon of
water. If frying fish just add 1-2 Tbsp. per cup of batter or meal. A
customer favorite... add to tuna salad!

HERB'N ALL

It's your basic all round seasoning! It's
wonderful on vegetables, in soups, stews, salads and just about anything
else! Try mixing it with some melted butter then add the HERB'N ALL and let
sit for 5 minutes…just toss with veggies! Like your veggies grilled? Just
mix some oil with HERB'N ALL and toss with potatoes, carrots, squash, etc.
and grill!

On a salt free diet? This one's for you! Or, maybe you
love citrus like we do! Try it on your chicken or fish…you can always add
salt if you think you need it. This blend will make you forget that you want
salt!
